Long-Term Hybrid Internship | Terms & Conditions:

By accessing this Virtual Internship, you confirm your compliance with local laws regarding participation. Your involvement in this program constitutes acceptance of the following rules:
1. Description of Virtual Internship: Participation is void where prohibited by law. This Virtual Internship Program aims to enhance skills and prepare participants for future employment opportunities.
2. Organizer: The Virtual Internship is organized by M/S. Tech-Mark Training India, registered in Andhra Pradesh, referred to as "Tech-Mark" or "Organizer". (under the brand name HODU Academy)
3. Supporters: Domestic and international organizations supporting the Virtual Internship Program.
4. Collaborator: The Adoni Arts & Science College, approved by APSCHE ("TAASC" or "Partner"), collaborates on this initiative.
5. Virtual Internship Period:
A. Registrations: Entry is valid only if registered within one month from the cohort launch date. 
B. Hands-on exercises: Activities are designed to support the overall objectives of the internship program. 
C. Self-Learning: Participants are expected to engage in self-learning exercises following virtual expert sessions, with support from designated SPOCs (Faculty/HOD's/Subject Matter Experts and Tech-Mark's support team).
6. Eligibility: To participate in the virtual internship, Entrants must: (i) Confirm interest with college management through respective mentors; (ii) be enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution; and (iii) be of legal age in their jurisdiction.
7. How to Enter: To enroll in the internship program, complete the following steps: i. Register through the college. ii. Register on Hodu Academy's platform. iii. Attend hands-on exercises. iv. Complete self-learning tasks. v. Submit assigned exercises and projects.
Note: Incomplete submissions will not be acknowledged. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt by the organizer. All submissions must be received by the organizer by the end of the Submission Period. Only one entry per person will be considered. Submissions received during the Submission Period are eligible. The organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions or incomplete submissions.
By submitting and participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Hodu Academy website (www.hodu.academy/. You grant the Organizer a license to use your submission for marketing purposes. Your submission must be original and not infringe upon any third-party rights.
8. Virtual Internship Completion: Successful participants will receive a virtual internship completion certificate upon fulfilling requirements, including assignment completion, project submission, demonstration video, and evaluator approval. This certificate is not equivalent to a degree or diploma.
9. Conduct: Participants agree to abide by these terms & conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify individuals engaging in tampering or unsportsmanlike conduct. Participants consent to the use of their information for promotional purposes.
10. Limitations of Liability: Participants release the Organizer from liability arising from participation in the virtual internship.
11. Right to Terminate or Modify: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the program for any reason.
12. Privacy: By participating, you authorize the transfer of personal data to the Organizer, Supporter, & Partner for program administration and marketing. Personal information will be handled according to the Organizer's privacy policy.
13. Governing Law: The virtual internship is governed by the laws of the State of Telangana, India.
14. Disclaimer: Trademarks associated with awards are owned by their respective owners. Prizes may be subject to restrictions and additional costs.
15. Language: The English version of these rules prevails.
16. Partner Platform: Additional terms and conditions may apply to Partner platforms.
